- Pickup
- Front elevators have hydraulic speed control, allowing for varying
field conditions. The front pick up elevators are designed with a
gradual incline which decreases roll back and bruising.
- Topping
- Our patented blower system (available
exclusively on our harvesters), hydraulically driven with variable
speed, (necessary for varying field conditions - dry to green onion
tops), has the velocity to stand the onion tops in an upright position.
Our patented cutter bar (another exclusive), which is height adjustable
and of variable speed, cuts the top off and, along with the weeds, blows
it out the back of the harvester. The onion is then carried to the
flighted discharge elevator, where they are loaded on trailers or
trucks.

- Less roll back, one short drop from primary load
chain to rear discharge elevator, rubber coated discharge chain. Proven

- From 8 acres a day to 25 acres a day depending upon models, yields,
and field conditions.
